Unauthorized Clinical Studies and Trials Conducted By Medical Device Industry and Big Pharm Medical Device Industries have conducted unauthorized clinical trials that were not approved, wrongly approved or had been approved, than later inspected or investigated by FDA and found to have violated federal statutes or regulation for quality system regulation and Good Manufacturing Practices . When the violations are irreversible, the questionable studies are sent to a secret lock box in the FDA for Trial of Device that is not approved or cleared by USFDA. Defining information about the study will be redacted from public disclosure. If you discover that you were invloved in a study that was never fully approved or cleared by the USFDA you should contact an attorney immediately. |
